How can I contact the store owner?

How much does shipping cost?

Mira Byler, LLC offers flat rates at $4.75 within the US, $16-20 to Canada, and $24 USD to the UK (UK is responsible for their own VAT/customs fees at checkout).

When will my order ship?

Great news! My assistant, Sophia, is helping me pack orders. Your items will ship within 1-2 weeks of purchase! It is much faster now that I have help!

If you are purchasing an item as a gift, please order at least a month in advance to ensure you receive it on time for your special occasion. We are not responsible for USPS delays.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated shipping times are currently 1-2 weeks.

Can I track my order?

If tracking is available for your order, the information will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Please check your junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox. All orders to the USA have a USPS tracking number. International orders may or may not have tracking, depending on the destination.

Orders containing only stickers will not have tracking if it is sent in an envelope.

Original paintings exceeding 20" will be shipped via UPS. All original paintings ship fully insured.

Why don't you ship to my country?

I would LOVE to ship to your country! Unfortunately, there are many postage rules and regulations that vary by country, and it makes it difficult for small businesses to ship worldwide. We cannot ship to Europe because they require a VAT ID (for customs purposes), and it is hard for small businesses to obtain them. That said, I am so glad you are here supporting my art journey even if you cannot order from my shop.

I accidentally provided the wrong address or an incomplete address. What next?

If a buyer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, Mira Byler, LLC is not responsible for replacing or refunding the package. It is the buyer's responsibility to double check their address during checkout and make sure all information is up-to-date. I will not refund or replace the package under this circumstance.

If you provided the wrong address, please email support@mirabyler.com ASAP. IF I see your email before I package orders, I will update it for you. If I have already shipped the order, you will have to make the purchase again. I'm a very small business, and cannot afford replace orders under this circumstance. I have also run into too many scams with this situation.

I also recommend turning on mail forwarding if you have recently moved, so all mail forwards to your new address. 

Can I return or exchange my item?

We don't offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. 

But please contact us at support@mirabyler.com if there's a problem with your order. We are happy to help and provide the best experience possible!

Can I combine orders?

Due to higher traffic in my store, I am no longer combining orders.

If I happen to notice a duplicate, I will try to combine and refund the excess shipping, but again, traffic is higher these days so it's difficult to catch duplicates.

An item I want is sold out. Is there any way to pre-order it for next time?

Pre-orders happen from time to time in my shop. If an item is sold out, please email me and I will consider restocking it if there's enough interest! :)

Can you write a personalized note or special occasion card for the recipient?

No. All orders come with a thank you card that I've printed in advance.

What kinds of items are in your bye-bye/studio cleanout mystery boxes?

My mystery boxes that are not themed (holidays, etc) are full of items that I am retiring, items that are slightly flawed, items I decided not to release, or overstock items from themed bundles (like holiday bundles, the Mira Byler mystery box, etc). Reducing waste is very important to me, so if there is an item that's slightly flawed, I will save it for these bundles. That usually means limited-edition prints that are slightly off color, enamel pins that have a scratch, notepads that print off-center, etc. Sometimes I tuck a normal sticker or two into the bundles as well! Every bundle is different, so it all depends! 

What kinds of items are in your themed mystery boxes?

Themed mystery boxes are curated to be a fun and functional experience. Themed boxes always come with my custom artwork on the outside of the cardboard box, and inside are items that are exclusive to the box and cannot be bought individually in my shop (exception: overflow items and slightly flawed items go into byebye mystery boxes). These boxes usually come out once a year and have items like prints, pencil cases, notepads, washi tape, enamel pins, etc. 

I noticed you're running a sale, but I placed my order before it started. Can you please apply it to my existing order?

No. We cannot apply coupon codes to orders that have already been made. If you want to be the first to find out about future sales, please sign up for my email list! :)

Can I place a wholesale order to sell your items in my storefront?

Who packs and ships my orders?

All orders are packed by Mira and Sophia Byler - a team of sisters who are quite giggly together when we have our coffee and tea. :)
