How much does shipping cost?

We are offering flat rates at $4.25 for the US. Other parts of the world vary depending upon your location.

We will refund shipping overages for international orders. For example, if you buy something small from France, and the total cost for shipping and handling is under $20, we will refund you the difference. It's hard to predict the cost ahead of time based on the varying weights and sizes of our items!

Domestic orders over $100 get free shipping!

When will my order ship out?

I'm pregnant with twins, so processing times have been extended to 3-4 weeks to accommodate growing two little humans! I do not offer rushed orders or expedited shipping. Please keep this timeframe in mind when placing your order - especially for birthdays and holidays.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated shipping times are as follows: 

North America: 1-2 weeks

Europe: 2-4 weeks

PLEASE NOTE: in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have no idea how reliable shipping services will be throughout the year. We offer NO guarantees that items will arrive in a timely fashion.

Can I track my order?

If there is tracking available for your order, the tracking information will be included in your shipping confirmation email. All orders to the USA have a USPS tracking number. International orders may or may not have tracking, depending on the destination country. 

Orders with stickers only will not have tracking.

Can I return or exchange my item?

We don't offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. 

But please contact us at the email listed above if there is any problem with your order. 

Can I combine orders?

No. If you need to add another item to your order, you will have to cancel the first order and place a new one. Otherwise you will have two separate orders that will be shipped separately. 

An item I want is sold out. Is there any way to pre-order it for next time?

No. You will have to wait until the next store launch, if that item is being made available again.
