Silverthorne Wildflowers - Original Acrylic Painting

Take in the beautiful view of mountains, fields, and wildflowers in this autumnal view of Silverthorne, CO. One of my favorite places! I went there a couple years ago and enjoyed the crisp mountain air, hiking, local shops, and the breath-taking scenery. Ever since then, I've been painting photos I captured during my trip. Can't wait to go back!

This is an original acrylic painting, created using Ampersand Gessobord with a 1/2" cradle. The edges of the canvas are painted a muted mustard color to go with the subtle mustard tones in the painting.
